Terms and Conditions

Hotels

• Unless otherwise indicated in the hotel details and descriptions, all hotel rates are per person based on double occupancy. Charges for additional guests may apply and must be paid directly to the hotel at check-in.
• You are responsible for any incidental charges at your hotel, including, but not limited to charges for telephone access, in-room movies and energy surcharges.
• You must be at least 21 years old to check-in to a hotel.
• Please read the detailed description of the hotel for other hotel policies applicable to your stay.
• Hotel photos are representative only and do not necessarily depict the actual room in which guests will be accommodated.
• All hotel imposed cancellation fees will apply to package cancellations or changes.

Pricing, Taxes and Fees

• Prices and availability are valid only in conjunction with a package in its entirely and do not apply to any single component thereof. Due to contractual requirements, AtravelMania is not able to provide you with a breakdown of the cost for each individual component of your purchase if the total package charge has been billed as one amount on your credit card.
• AtravelMania Package prices include taxes and service fees applicable to airfare(if air tickets were issued by AtravelMania) and hotel stay components of your package, but additional fuel and security surcharges may be charged by the Travel Supplier at time of check-in. You are solely responsible for any such additional charges due a Travel Supplier; if you have any questions about such charges, please contact the Travel Supplier directly.
• AtravelMania Package prices quoted do not include liability insurance, drop-off charges, gas, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, incidental room charges at the hotel (such as telephone access, in-room movies, energy surcharges and any applicable increases in taxes) or child safety seats for rental cars. These charges must be paid at the rental car counter at time of car pickup.

Changes and Cancellations:

• You must contact by calling AtravelMania to change or cancel any AtravelMania Package. Please do not call the individual Travel Supplier. Customer Service
• Changes:
  • All changes are subject to availability and limitations and restrictions of the Travel Suppliers. Availability may be very limited during peak travel periods.
  • Some airline tickets cannot be changed.
  • The origin and destination cities for any AtravelMania Package cannot be changed.
  • The hotel property cannot be changed, although room category changes may be allowed.
  • The car category cannot be downgraded (e.g. from a mid-size to an economy).
  • You will have to pay the following change fees if you make any changes to your AtravelMania Package:
    • $25 per person AtravelMania Package change fee
    • at a minimum, $100 per domestic airline ticket and $200 per international airline ticket depending on the airline
    • any other change fee assessed by a Travel Supplier (please note that change fees vary by Travel Supplier and may be higher during peak travel periods)
    • any increase in price resulting from a change
  • All change fees must be paid for with the original form of payment.
  • Once you are within 24 hours of day of departure, no changes can be made. No refunds are allowed for early checkout.
  • Once you have departed, no changes are allowed.
• Cancellations:
  • The air portion of your AtravelMania Package is non-refundable.
  • Please note that, for some hotels, once your reservation is confirmed, your reservation may be wholly non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by travel suppliers, such as airline or hotel cancellation fees or charges.
  • The refundable portion of your purchase price will be refunded less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is based on when you cancel your AtravelMania Package, as stated in the following schedule:
    • $50 per person for cancellations made more than 1 day prior to departure date.
    • 100% of package price will be forfeited for cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure date.
  • You may only cancel your entire AtravelMania Package and not any individual component and must be done 14 days before departure.
    • No refund will be given for unused or partially used package components.
